How do you promote garlic mayo in an unexpected way? You partner with vampire fantasy author, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and create craven proof copies of her new best-seller, infused with garlic-scented ink. Yeah, seriously! Custom fabrication and imagery by The Gas Company.

Past Lives

Prior to Edelman, I spent time producing digital content for Food&Wine, Complex and others. And before that I spent years in non-scripted TV producing some of America's favorite shows like Tiny House Nation, Beat Bobby Flay, and Alone. I've even produced a music videos or two. It's been a rollercoaster of career thus far, and I don't expect it to slow down any time soon!
